Relax and enjoy your visit at 302 Cottage Lane! 3 bed 3.5 bath located in the newly renovated Rowandale Complex, centrally located to all things Oxford.  This complex has 2 pools, dog park, sand volleyball, basketball court, and coming soon- pickleball courts! The complex is also a stop for the Oxford University Transit, providing free shuttle rides to the square and campus. The complex offers ample parking right outside the condo.

This cottage features 2 queen suites and one king suite. Each bedroom contains a bed with comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower.  Toiletries and hair dryer are provided. Smart TV in the living room and one bedroom currently. Each bedroom has its own bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen includes all the amenities you need plus a coffee maker/Keurig combo, toaster, microwave, and blender. Open concept living room. Basic cable and wifi are provided.  The unit also has a Ring doorbell/camera at the door as a safety feature.
