Please keep in mind—our properties generally have a NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy.  Feel free to contact me if you have further questions, find out rates, or make a reservation.  Some properties may be available for longer than a weekend.  Rates vary according to the length of your stay and the season. Rentals are subject to sales tax (7% state, 2% local).

Note that quoted availability of dates is subject to change. We receive ongoing inquiries about availability. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Once you make a reservation, we won't rent that property to anyone else.  However, on occasion unforeseen circumstances may occur where I cannot provide the premises as an acceptable rental.  I will make all efforts to substitute a reasonably comparable property for your rental.

We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.  When a check is provided as payment, you authorize us to collect a $40 fee if check is returned unpaid. Please include the following on your check: Drivers License #; Full Name; Street Address; Phone Numbers.
